There is a palustrine wetlands that is very obvious as you pass through the town. The railway line from Wondai opened in 1904 and closed in 2009. This is now used for cycling, walking\/running and horse riding. inland, seasonally flooded vegetative swamp.\u00a0<\/p><p>There is a bird hide and two walking tracks.
